Our tiers start at $220 (Basic), $280 (Intermediate), and $340 (Deluxe). Final price depends on square footage, bathroom count, condition, and scope. Estimates are free.

W-2, always. We do not use independent contractors. W-2 employment means payroll taxes are withheld, workers' compensation covers our staff if they're injured at your home, and your liability exposure is lower than with a 1099 crew.

### Are you insured and bonded?
Yes. Up to $1,000,000 in general liability coverage, full bonding for theft protection, and workers' compensation on every employee. Certificate of Insurance available on request.

### What happens if something is damaged?
We carry full liability insurance. Report any damage within 48 hours of service with photo documentation. We file the claim and coordinate directly with you.

### Are your cleaners background-checked?
Yes. Every employee passes a background check and identity verification (E-Verify) before their first assignment.

### Do you bring your own supplies?

### Do you speak Spanish?
Yes. Every team rotation has at least one English-Spanish fluent member. All customer-facing materials (website, FAQ, estimates, confirmations) are bilingual. Booking, phone, on-site conversation, and follow-up can all happen in either language.

### Do you clean Airbnbs? Same-day turnover?
Yes. Tampa-area vacation-rental turnover is one of our core services. Same-day availability for 1BR and 2BR units; 3–4-hour turnover window. Host provides linens and amenities; we handle reset.

### Can you do post-construction cleaning?
Yes, including final detail. We work directly with Tampa general contractors including JR One Aluminum, our sister company. Post-construction is priced per square foot ($0.15–$0.60/sqft) and walked through with the project manager before start.

### Do you work with hospice or sensitive-medical environments?
Yes. Fragrance-free product line, discretion, and flexible scheduling around care rhythms. Bilingual family communication included.

### Do you clean offices / commercial spaces?
Yes — offices, restaurants, retail, medical (non-clinical), and short-term event cleanup. Evening and overnight scheduling available.

## Payment and contracts

### How do I pay?
Credit / debit card, ACH, cash, Zelle, or check (recurring commercial only). Payment is due on completion. Recurring residential customers can elect auto-payment on a stored card.

### Do you take tips?
Tips are not required. If you choose to tip, 100% goes to the cleaner. Cash at end of service, added in the Acuity checkout, or Zelle directly to the cleaner — all work.

### Do you require a long-term contract?
No. Recurring residential service is pay-as-you-go; cancel or pause anytime. Commercial contracts are month-to-month with no long-term commitment.
