  • For first time clients, we recommend our Basic Cleaning Package. It is a great starting point to get your space looking and feeling fresh and clean. If you have specific areas that require more attention or have any special requests, our team can also customize the service to meet your needs.

  • As long as you notify us at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment, we will not charge you for rescheduling.

  • Cancellation prior to 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in a full refund issued to the payment method on file.

    If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, your booking will be credited to your account, which you can use for future services.

    Please note that if you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, a full charge will be applicable, and the cancellation is non-refundable.

  • While it is rare, accidents can happen. If such an incident occurs, we advise you to promptly contact our office. We will work with our insurance provider to ensure that any valuable item that was damaged or lost is promptly replaced.

  • We are proud to be licensed, insured, and bonded within the state of Florida, giving our clients peace of mind when they entrust their cleaning needs to us. Our insurance coverage extends up to $1 million, providing an additional layer of protection for our valued clients.
